Organizing a Practice requires the know-how and understanding the elements of which a Practice is built. 

These elements include the aspects of overall Practice Management from an executive level viewpoint. 

 The Practice Owner is primarily responsible for this and it is the Practice Owner who through good leadership accomplishes this. 

 It is the Practice Owner who sets the goals, defines the purpose of the Practice and creates the plans and programs for the Practice. The Practice Owner also creates and sets the operational policies for the Practice and the enforcement of these policies. 

 Additionally the legal aspects of the Practice are managed by the Practice Owner. 

 As the Practice grows the Practice Owner can delegate some of these responsibilities. Typically this starts with the hiring and training of an Office Manager. 

 The key elements of a Practice Organization are Personnel, Communications, Sales, Finance, Service, Quality Control, and Marketing. 

 The practice owner also learns about other must-have abilities to when our Silkin consultants take them through their customized program after the business analysis is complete.
